Reservation & Entry Guidelines
ご予約・ご来店について
01Request-Based Booking. Reservations are handled on a request basis. Your booking is officially confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
リクエスト式予約：当サロンはリクエスト制（仮予約）となっております。当サロンからの「予約確定メール」の送付をもって正式な予約確定となります。
02Salon Location Details. To maintain guest privacy and exclusivity, the detailed address and access instructions will be sent in your reservation confirmation email.
サロン詳細について：プライバシー保護および静寂な環境維持のため、サロンの詳しい住所・アクセス方法は予約確定メールにてお伝えいたします。
03Accurate Information. Please ensure all booking details (name, contact number, and email address) are correct. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in auto-cancellation.
正確な情報のご入力：ご連絡先等に不備がある場合、ご予約を承れないことがございます。
04Individual Bookings. Reservations are accepted per person. For concurrent guest bookings, please contact us directly.
個別予約：お一人様ずつのご予約となります。複数名でのご利用の際はお問合せください。
Health & Safety Notice
妊娠中のお客様へ
01Under 16 Weeks. For the safety of both mother and baby, treatments are not available for guests under 16 weeks of pregnancy.
妊娠16週未満のお客様：母子の安全のため、妊娠16週未満の方への施術はお断りしております。
0216 Weeks & Over. Guests at 16 weeks or beyond may receive modified treatments (face-up positioning only; face-down / prone position is not permitted).
妊娠16週以降のお客様：仰向け（Face-up）を中心とした安全な手技へ変更してご案内いたします。うつ伏せでの施術は承れません。
Notice. TENNE is a holistic bodywork salon and not a specialized medical or maternity clinic.
