By assessing posture, muscle tension, swelling, breath, and overall body alignment, each custom-tailored session gracefully blends lymphatic drainage, shiatsu, stretching, oil treatment, foot reflexology, and head spa.
My philosophy centers on precision over force. By understanding the deep connections within the body and meticulously adjusting the direction and rhythm of every stroke, I aim to create a profound sense of release and restore effortless movement.
